How do I order from Copper County Foods?

It couldn’t be easier! Simply order on-line by adding your favourite soups, entrées and desserts to your basket and proceeding to the checkout. You can choose to pay online by credit card or alternatively pay the driver by cash or cheque. Within 24 hours you will receive an e-mail to let you know the date of your delivery. Of course, you can also choose the meals you would like delivered and phone your order through to us toll-free. Remember, our helpful staff will always be pleased to help you and they are just a phone call away.

How do I pay?

You can pay by cash, cheque or credit card when we deliver or alternatively use a credit card securely on our website. We accept all major credit cards but we are unable to process debit cards by Interac at this time. If paying by cheque, please make it out to Copper County Foods.

Do I have to pay for delivery?

No, Delivery is absolutely FREE.

Do you add tax?

The Government considers all of our products to be zero-rated and therefore we are not required to charge GST, PST or the upcoming HST. Simply put, the price you see is the price you pay.

Do I have to subscribe and make regular payments?

No, unlike some diet delivery services, we are not a subscription service. No pressure, no routine – just a reliable, local service that is here when you need us.

Can I buy your meals as a gift for a relative or friend?

Of course! Why not surprise a friend or relative with a selection of our delicious meals! Gift certificates are also available.
